Basic Troubleshooting Steps
- Try using a different internet browser to access the course.
- Try clearing your internet browser cache and cookies, close and reopen your browser, and then try again. When there are errors affecting specific users, often times clearing cookies and cache can resolve the issue.
- Try using a different device on a different network, such as a mobile phone that runs on data. This isolates the network/device that could be causing the issue.
- For Safari users, uncheck “enable content blockers” in browser settings after clearing cache/cookies.
- Try resetting your password.
