Here are the steps to approve or decline a pending requirement approval:
- Click Approve tab
- List of pending approvals are displayed
- Click Review button to one of the pending approvals
- Approve pop-up is displayed. Admin may update any of the following fields:
- Approval Item Name - Name of equivalent requirement for approval (i.e. Training, Conference)
- Requested Credits/Hours – User’s requested credits/hours
- Notes – Additional notes from admin. This overwrites the user’s submitted notes.
- Click Approve or Decline button to approve or decline the request
- The approved or declined request is removed from the Pending Approvals list and moved to the Posted Approvals
