Written Guide
1. Open your LMS Site and click the pencil icon in the right hand corner of the top navigation. Ensure you are in the correct group.
2. Select the Group that has the class you want to add multiple users to.
3. Click Admin > Classes.
4. Locate the class you want to add users to. To the right of the class, find Coupon code, copy the code.
5. Click Users > Upload Multiple Users.
6. Click and download the Template xls File.
7. Open the file, fill out the user information. Paste the class code under 'CouponCode' column.
Click File > Save as CSV. Important: To ensure successful uploading into the system, please save the Template File as a CSV format.
8. Drag and drop to upload your completed file or click Select File.
9. Check each user for errors, if correct, click Submit.
10. Once clicking submit, the status column should show "User Added."
