Written Guide
1. Open your LMS Site and click the pencil icon in the right hand corner of the top navigation. Ensure you are in the correct group.
2. Select the Group you want to add multiple users to.
3. Click Admin > Users
4. Click Upload Multiple Users tab. Click and download Template File.
5. Open the file, fill out the user information. Click File > Save as CSV. Important: To ensure successful uploading into the system, please save the Template File as a CSV format.
6. Drag and drop or click Select File to upload your file.
7. Check each user for errors, if correct, click Submit.
8. Once clicking submit, the status column should show "User Added."
