1. This video demonstrates how to add an image to a question in Assessment Builder.

The first step is to open your LMS Site
and Click Admin

2. Click Course Builder

3. Choose course and Click Edit

4. Choose step and Click Step

5. Click + Add Activity

6. Click Assessment Builder

7. With your mouse, click and drag Assessment Builder, then drop it on highlighted Activity Box

8. With your mouse, click Create Assessment

9. Scroll up and click Activity Name

10. Type Activity Name

11. Click Activity Button Name

12. Type Activity Button Name

13. Scroll down and click Create Assessment

14. Click and Type Name

15. Click and type Description

16. Click Question Setup

17. With your mouse, select text in New Question

18. Type New Question

19. Scroll and click select

20. Click question type

21. To Add an image to your question, scroll down and click +Add Content

22. Scroll and click highlighted Repository dropdown arrow

23. Click Repository

24. Click and type Content Name

25. Scroll down and click Choose a file(s)

26. Scroll down and click OK

27. Click and select highlighted Subscale

28. Scroll down and click Add Choice

29. Scroll and click highlighted field box and type Answer choice

30. Scroll down and click highlighted Rationale field and type Rationale

31. Scroll and click Add Choice

32. Scroll up and click highlighted field

33. Type Answer text in field

34. Scroll down and click true (for correct answer choice)

35. Click highlighted Rationale box

36. Type rationale

37. When finished adding all questions and answer choices. Scroll up and click Preview

38. Scroll down and click Submit

39. Click Submit

40. Click Close

41. Click Submit

42. That's it. You're done.
