The dashboard is the first thing you'll see when you log in, and getting to know it will help you shine as both an administrator and a learner. The dashboard is role based. You'll find that many of the features on your dashboard are designed to help you and your learners connect and grow together.
You will see the courses you have been recently enrolled in. This will also show your recently accessed courses. Simply click the thumbnails to start learning or navigate to see all of your courses using the "more options icon" in the upper right hand corner of the widget.
Your notifications appear here. This is where you can stay up to date on announcements. As an administrator you can create communications that will appear here for your learners. Messages displayed on the dashboard can be visible by either the entire site, a single group, or just select individuals.
In the resources widget, you'll find additional items that support learning. These are organized by file type and category. Trending resources show the most viewed content. Admins can enable specific categories and featured resources.
Certifications allow you to create "tracks" or paths for your learners to follow to demonstrate competence or continued education.
Digital badges are a great way to motivate learners. They recognize mastery of specific skills or milestones achieved. Use badges to drive motivation and reward learners for their accomplishments.
If you ever get lost click the logo in the upper left hand corner and you will be brought back to the dashboard.
