Written Guide:
Users are assigned specific roles, each with unique responsibilities and access levels. These roles are intertwined and connected to create an enriching learning environment.
There are three distinct roles.
- Administrator
- Instructor
- Learner
Each role is comprised of different functionalities.
Depending on your role, the options available in the top navigation menu will vary when you log in.
Administrator:
The administrator role manages specific groups.
Within their groups, this role can manage the learners, group discussions, classes, emails, generate reports, create forms and post notifications to the dashboard. Only for the groups which they have permission.
Instructor:
The instructor role is focused on managing learning within a specific class. In the role you can manage learners, class discussions, send reminder emails, and generate reports. Only for classes which they have permission.
Learner:
Learners are the participants enrolled in courses. This role allows them to easily navigate to their
enrolled courses, access additional resources, view notifications, view their completed certifications
and earned badges.
