1. Open your LMS Site and click Reports
2. Click Custom Reports
3. Under Report Categories, Click expand combobox
4. Select and Click Form Reports
5. Under Reports box, Click expand combobox
6. Select and Click Form
7. Under group, Click expand combobox
8. Under Group, Select and Click Group
9. Under Class, Click expand combobox
10. Select Class and Click Class or (All)
11. Click Update
12. To Export or Print Report, Click Highlighted selections
