How to Unlock your Account as a Learner

This tutorial demonstrates how to unlock your account using Forgot Password.

1. This video demonstrates how to unlock your account using Forgot Password.

The first step is to go to your LMS Site - Homepage and click Forgot Password?

2. Click Username field box

3. Type Username associated with your account.

4. Click Submit

Next, Follow the reset instructions that are sent to your email.

Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder, as these emails are sometimes routed there in error.

5. That's it. You're done.
