How to Search and Access a Course from the Course tab as a Learner

This tutorial demonstrates How to Search and Access a Course from the Course Tab.

1. This video demonstrates How to Search and Access a Course from the Courses Tab.

The first step is to open your LMS Site and click Courses

2. With your mouse, hover Courses

3. To see Courses in Grid View, on top right of screen, Click Grid View

4. To see Courses in List View, on top right of screen, click List View

5. To sort courses, Click --Select to Sort--

6. To Sort by date, Select Sort by Start Date ↑

7. To Sort by Name, Select Sort by Name ↑

8. To Sort by Class type, Select Sort by Class Type ↑

9. To sort by Completion, Select Sort by Completion ↑

10. To view courses not started, Click Not Started

11. To view Courses in progress, Click In Progress

12. To view courses completed, Click Completed

13. To search a course under my courses, Click Search

14. Type course name in Search box

15. Click search icon

16. To begin course, Click course tile

17. To view Archived courses, on left navigation menu, Click Archived Courses

18. To search an archived Course, Click and Search

19. Type Search

20. Click search icon

21. That's it. You're done.
